
Morgan County Elementary Students kicked off Camp MoCo this week! Students are already having a blast doing yoga, singing songs, learning about wetlands, playing math games, and reading books! #SUMMERSOLE2022





If you submitted an application for your student to attend Camp MoCo or Camp Alpha, please check the email supplied on the registration form for the acceptance letter.
Acceptance letters will be sent via email by noon on Thursday, June 9, 2022.

The application for Camp Alpha, a summer program at Warm Springs Middle School, is currently available online through May 13. Camp Alpha is a remediation and enrichment program for current WSMS students. Upcoming 6th graders for the 2022-2023 school year may also apply. Congratulations to Paige Waugh and Maya Souders for participating in the WV State Social Studies Fair. Their project, Helen Keller, won 2nd place in the Division I, U.S. History Team category! Great job!

Is your upcoming K-5 student interested in attending a summer camp? If so, then Camp MoCo is a great opportunity. Camp MoCo is available for all students entering grades K-5 in the 2022-2023 school year.

Calendar Update: Friday, April 15 was previously scheduled to be an early dismissal. It will now be a non-traditional instructional day. Students will not attend school in person that day but instead be engaged as directed by their teachers. Staff will report to work.

Congratulations to Paige Waugh and Maya Souders, WSIS, who won first place in the Division I U.S. History group category at the Regional Social Studies Fair held at Musselman High School on March 19. Paige and Maya will be presenting their project, Helen Keller, at the State Social Studies Fair in Charleston on April 29.
