Morgan County Schools provides special education services to all eligible students from age 3-21. Referrals can be made to the School Assistance Team (SAT) at your child’s school.  SATs are available in all Morgan County Schools.  The purpose of the team is to assist students having difficulty in the regular education program.  Each team is responsible for developing a plan to assist students and for monitoring their progress for at least one grading period.  If you have any questions or require more information, please contact your school principal.
Children three years of age or older living in Morgan County but not attending school may also be referred for special education eligibility.  In this situation the referral is to be made directly to the special education director.
