This week, students across the Mountain State are taking bold steps toward their futures during West Virginia’s College Application and Exploration Week! From October 27-31, schools and communities are coming together to help students explore their postsecondary options—whether that means enrolling in a two- or four-year college, pursuing a trade or technical program, joining the military, or entering the workforce with confidence and purpose.
From filling out college applications to discovering new career pathways, schools and communities are joining together to make sure every student knows college is possible—and that West Virginia has a pathway for everyone.
Let’s celebrate the educators, counselors, and partners who make this week a success—and cheer on the thousands of West Virginia students taking the next big step toward their goals! 💙💛

BSHS Dance had the honor of performing three pieces at this year’s Apple Butter Festival! We're so grateful for the opportunity and for the amazing crowd who showed up to support us. 💃🍎✨
Ms. Didawick's Art 2 class celebrated finishing their multi media animal drawings with individual and group critiques. They did a great job of learning how to talk about their art with their peers.
