Hello Paw Paw Schools families, the Middle school volleyball game on September 2 has been cancelled and the game on October 12 will be a home game. The first PTO meeting will be held on September 7 at 6:00pm in the cafeteria and the girl scouts meeting has been rescheduled for September 8 directly after school in the cafeteria.
This is a reminder that Paw Paw Schools Open House Back to School night is tonight from 3:30 to 5:30. Masks will be required to enter the school building. Thank you.

The first day for students is scheduled for Tuesday August 24th. Doors will open at 7:30am for student drop off and Dismissal will be at 3:10pm. Parent pick up will remain in the front loop. Thank you.

Parents of all 7th, and 12th grade students: All upcoming 7th and 12th grade students, both in person and virtual, are REQUIRED to show proof of having received the MCV4 (meningitis) and Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis vaccines prior to the first day of class in August 2021. Your student will NOT be permitted to attend school if the immunizations are not completed. Appointments can be scheduled with your primary care doctor or the Morgan County health department. Please submit all required documents to the school nurse prior to the first day of class for 2021.
For any students interested in cross country there will be a meeting this Thursday at 6:00pm in Mr. Taylor’s room.

We have received word that all mask mandates from Governor Justice and the WVDE have now been lifted. Staff and students are no longer required to wear masks for any reason. Staff and students may wear a mask if they choose to do so, but no one is required to wear one at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have navigated the pandemic together.
Congratulations to our two state track qualifiers- Dalton Kasekamp in both shot and discus and Alexis Barker in shot . They are both the first throwers in our track program to make it to the state meet. Paw Paw strong! There will be a send off in the front loop of the school on Wednesday morning at 8:00am.
For graduation Family and friends will be assigned a section number for seating and will sit in a group together. Sections are numbered and taped off per graduate group High. Please do not remove the tape or colored pool noodles as they indicate sections. School graduation seating will begin at 6:30. As your child is getting their diploma you may move to the floor for a photo but must return to your section when your gradu
Important Graduation change
Due to impending inclement weather, graduation has been approved to be moved indoors into the gym. The date and times will remain the same. The mask mandate remains in place for persons on school property. Each graduate will be allowed to have a group of 10 guests who will need to sit in a group together. The guest seating will be bleachers only.
