Reminder that tomorrow, Oct. 10th, is our 12th grade field trip to Shepherd University for the College Fair. Students will be leaving campus by 7:50AM and will be returning by 12:30PM. 12th graders attending this field trip should use the QR code on the flyer to register for their College Fair barcode.

This is a reminder that tomorrow, Oct 4th, is our 10th grade field trip to the James Rumsey Technical Institute! We will be leaving campus by 8:15 AM and will be returning to the high school no later than 1:30 PM.

For the month of September, we had 17 staff members with perfect attendance! Three names were randomly selected, and those staff members (in the picture below) were given a token of appreciation! The items were donated by

On October 10th, all 12th grade students will be attending the College Fair at Shepherd University. Students will leave our campus in the morning and return by 12:30PM. If you do not want your student to attend this trip please contact Victoria Lyons at 304-258-2871 Ext 131, victoria.lyons@k12.wv.us, or Schoology. Please see the attached letter for more information. A printed copy of the letter will be given to students on Monday in their English classes.
The Military Child is so important to us. Some of our students with military parents are holding the school's newly awarded banner designating BSHS as a Military-Friendly school. Stay tuned for festivities in the coming year celebrating the military family.
