IMPORTANT PARKING LOT & STUDENT DROP-OFF/PICK-UP UPDATE
September 1–7
Dear BSHS Families,
Our current student drop-off and pick-up parking lot will be closed from Tuesday, September 1 through Monday, September 7 while the area is being repaved and will affect drop-off and pick-up from Tuesday, September 1 through Friday, September 4.
During these four days, we will use alternate locations for morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
Morning Drop-Off
• Students should be dropped off on Johns Street.
• Johns Street is a one-way from Route 522 toward Concord Street.
• Please follow the traffic pattern shown on the attached schematic.
• Preferred drop-off time: 7:00–7:20 a.m.
• Families are strongly encouraged to arrive during this time to help avoid the heavier bus traffic that occurs closer to the start of the school day.
Afternoon Pick-Up
• Parent/guardian pick-up will take place in the bus loop.
• Pick-up will begin at 3:20 p.m.
• Please do not enter the bus loop early, as buses must be able to safely complete their afternoon dismissal routes.
We understand that this temporary change may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate everyone’s patience, flexibility, and cooperation as we complete this important improvement to our school grounds.
