BSHS won the first round against Sherman High 21-11. The BSHS team fell to Spring Mills High in the second round 14-12. The students met with Governor Jim Justice and toured the capitol.

It has been so much fun traveling with the band today in Charleston!
We played Fightsong and War Chant as our team took the stage, during the halftime of the contest, and between matches.
The emcee invited us to keep playing the entire afternoon. We got to play a variety of numbers including Sweet Caroline, Country Roads, 25 or 6 to 4, Gimmie Some Lovin, Word Up, and Land of 1000 Dances.
The band was a big hit!
After we performed, we went to visit the Capitol with Delegate George Miller.
Congratulations to the Berkeley Springs Academic team on getting to the quarterfinals.
