Keep our school community healthy!
If your child is experiencing symptoms such as a sore throat, fever over 100°F, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, muscle aches, severe congestion or cough, or unexplained rashes, please keep them home. Students should remain home for at least 24 hours after a fever is gone without fever-reducing medicine.
Help prevent the spread of illness by encouraging frequent handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes, avoiding sharing drinks or utensils, and cleaning commonly touched surfaces.
Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and well!

Celebrating Warm Springs Middle School CTE & PLTW Teachers!
This CTE Month, we’re sending a heartfelt thank you to the incredible CTE and Project Lead the Way teachers at Warm Springs Middle School. Your classrooms are places where students question, explore, build, and discover what’s possible when someone believes in their potential.
Thank you for bringing learning to life through hands on experiences that spark curiosity and confidence.
Thank you for teaching skills that will carry students far beyond middle school—into high school pathways, future careers, and the wider world.
Thank you for modeling perseverance, creativity, and the joy of learning.
Warm Springs Middle School is stronger because of you.
Our students dream bigger because of you.
A special thank you to Mr. Bennett, Ms. Henry, and Mr. Moreland for your leadership and continued support of Career & Technical Education in Morgan County Schools.
Every Child, Every Day.

Warm Springs Middle School Agriculture students took hands‑on learning to a whole new level this week as they explored tool identification, tool purpose, and safe tool handling by designing and engineering their own tools entirely out of cardboard. This creative challenge aligns directly with the WVDE Middle School Agriculture Standard AG.MS.TM.2, which requires students to demonstrate an understanding of common agricultural tools, equipment, and their functions. By constructing their own versions of hammers, welding helmets, saws, grinders, clamps, and more, students not only learned what these tools are used for, but also why they matter in agricultural and everyday settings.
The effort and creativity poured into these projects were outstanding. Students had to think critically about structure, mechanics, and how to replicate realistic designs using only simple materials. This type of learning builds problem‑solving skills, spatial awareness, and an appreciation for craftsmanship—all essential life skills that extend well beyond the agriculture classroom. Whether students pursue a trade, a STEM field, a hands‑on career, or simply become more capable and confident adults, understanding basic tools and how they work is an invaluable foundation.
This unit brought energy, innovation, and authentic learning to life, and our students rose to the challenge with impressive results. Warm Springs Middle School Agriculture continues to show what students can achieve when curiosity and creativity meet real‑world skills.
