Today the crochet club worked on candy canes and pom poms.

Mrs. Ackerman’s and Mrs. Henrich’s club recently created homemade dog treats to support the Humane Society. As part of their lessons on community service and the importance of lending a helping hand, the club donated their treats to the Morgan County Humane Society, hoping to bring comfort to the animals during their stay.
A special thank you goes to Samantha, the animal shelter manager, for bringing in Toby for a visit. Be sure to check out the shelter’s website—an anonymous donor has generously offered to cover Toby’s adoption fee if someone gives him a loving home for the holidays!

At the November 12 Board Meeting, the Board approved a plan for how we will handle inclement weather days this school year:
The first 5 inclement weather days will be traditional snow days, meaning schools will be closed with no instruction.
Starting with the 6th inclement weather day, we will transition to Non-Traditional Instructional/Remote Learning Days to continue learning from home.
We hope this plan provides clarity and helps families prepare for the winter months ahead!
