WVDE has released video score reports for students that are currently in grades 4-9 and 12, who took the Spring 2021 GSA and SAT School Day. Your child will be receiving an email with a secure link to a Video Score Report at their K12 email address. You may check your schools communicator app for more information. As a reminder, there is NO school next week, November 22 through November 26 for the Thanksgiving Break.

Morgan County Schools will be closed Thursday, November 11 for Veterans Day and there is No school for students on Friday, November 12 for a Professional Learning Day for Staff.

Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at 2:00 A.M. At this time, clocks will “fall back” one hour. Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday night.


Check out this fantastic FREE opportunity for high school girls interested in STEM careers. The WVU chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon, a professional and STEM based professional society, is hosting an academy that will focus on a different STEM fields through industry speakers, laboratory tours, and creative hands-on activities. Participants will also be matched up to current WVU undergraduate students to foster a mentor-mentee relationship throughout and beyond the program. Due to staffing concerns and the need to provide additional planning and collaborative time and professional development for our staff, there will be no school for students on Friday, November 12. Staff will report as normal. As a reminder, Thursday, November 11 is Veterans Day with no school for students or staff. We are trying our best to keep schools open every day as we continue to struggle to find substitutes. Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we work through new challenges this pandemic presents together.
